You will track your reps, weight used, body weight, before and after photos, measurements, sleep and anything else you have access to or want to. None of that is mandatory, the more info you want to supply me the more I can help you.
If you have any doubts of your form, you simply send me a video of you performing 1 set and I apply advice and fixes from there.
