You get your workout program, written specifically for you, added to the app. The app takes you through set by set, showing you how to do the exercise. You will track your reps, weight used, body weight, before and after photos, measurements, sleep and anything else you have access to or want to. None of that is mandatory, the more info you want to supply me the more I can help you.

Are you able to help me with form since its online?

If you have any doubts of your form, you simply send me a video of you performing 1 set and I apply advice and fixes from there.

Is online training actually something that works?

In my opinion it is king of training. I'm able to keep you accountable and motivated 5 days of the week. Something I could only dream of with in person clients.

How does the money back guarantee work?

If you aren't satisfied with my training, I don't want to keep your money. The guarantee is in place to give you the push to give it a try, and I know that once you do you won't even want your money back. The training is that good. But, if for some reason you don't lose weight under my coaching, you will get your money back with no questions asked. All I ask is that you give it your best shot.
